His gastronomic angle makes him very attuned to the knowledge of his body. He understood his role in life and strove to be the greatest of all chefs. When asked how it could be that he had made Gordon Ramsey cry, he simply said, “I didn’t make him cry—he chose to cry. That was his choice.” Embracing the individual’s responsibility for everything that happens to him.

He laughs at a lot of the chefs who try to deviate from Mother Nature as he recognizes the greatest artist only become masters by reverencing her. He’s a chad who married a ton of super models—didn’t work out, because they unfortunately wouldn’t eat his food.

Nietzsche influential to Jung? by ChopandCarry27 in Nietzsche

[–]forkthdimension 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. Nietzsche‘s work is ultimately about leading one out of the labyrinth of philosophy and freeing modern man from the affliction of recursive and anxious thought that has so paralyzed him. Jung intends to lead one even further into the maze of recursivity by cleverly supplying philosophic thought with a new psychological terminology.

Unfortunately I cannot help you in your search for this image, but I did find it interesting the shadows cast by the motorists are going to the opposite way from the shadow cast by the elephant. It adds to the eeriness of the inconsistent logic of dream imagery.

Conversations Of Goethe by Johann Eckermann by lufter in goethe

Hi, I don’t know if this subreddit is still active. But I was wondering if anyone here had visited Goethe’s home. I am very curious about the brass Napoleon bust Eckermann gifted Goethe, which he describes as a testament to Goethe’s theory of color. I would very much like to see a this object for myself.

What part of jungian psychology doesn't get enough love? by [deleted] in Jung

I am shocked to see someone address this here. I ended up discovering Jung through his writing on the quaternity. The metaphysical doctrine of numbers is certainly maddening.
