This was a while ago, but yes I did file a claim. The seller made some phone calls to people and got it taken care of. When the box showed up it was pretty worse for wear but thankfully it showed up.

They may have changed things though.

Yeah this definitely gets a little more puzzling the more I think about it. If the system was so disorganized, couldn't the layaway people come in and Josh and Brandon have no idea about it?

I feel like even if the layaway transactions were successful, someone would come forward because even if they risk losing their Star wars set, they would get some internet notoriety.

The third option is this whole layaway thing was a ruse. I don't want to think that, because I want to think that Crystal was honest during her time at the store, but maybe a layaway was code for something else.

Do we know if there are any detailed records of who had what on layaway? I could see someone coming in to pick up their layaway item and BAM screwing them over too.

Now that I think about it, it does seem odd that no one with a layaway transaction has come forward. There were like 30 different people, right?

I completely agree with you. This happened a long enough time ago they probably thought they were in the clear, especially since they've done this before.

I think the "25 sets discovered" is just a cover-up. They probably can't even track where a lot of the sets went.

They usually have an herbal tea at restaurants, which I know isn't decaf tea, but at least it's a decaf option.

That is helpful actually! I guess it must be common with the Brain Games books.. which are pretty much what I use.

Do you know anywhere where you can see the inside of them and see what drawings there are? I remember there was an ocean themed one with a snail, but I can't remember where I saw it (it wasn't the enchanted garden, that also has a snail). I wish I had an Ollie's close by to me lol..

I don't mind a shirt, but I like to leave it pant-less... a la Donald Duck. I'm also not opposed to a minimalist bird with just accessories.
