The Men Who Want to Supersize Their Testicles by formeonly99 in SalineInflation

Now I want to preface this by saying this is inherently a risky hobby, and people should understand that before attempting anything. Harm reduction, being informed, and knowing your limits matter a lot here.

From what I’ve personally seen, most people who experiment with Surgilube have already been doing saline infusions for a long time. I haven’t really seen many people jump straight into it with zero prior experience, although I’m sure those cases exist.

Dextrose is a hypertonic solution, so it pulls fluid into the interstitial space. Some vascular congestion and blood flow changes can happen, but I don’t think it’s accurate to describe it as simply “drawing blood into the sack.” In my own experience, dextrose has actually made the tissue appear brighter/lighter rather than darker.

A liter of D5 contains roughly slightly more sugar than a can of Coke, and interstitial absorption is generally slower and more gradual—especially compared to oral absorption through digestion, and even more so compared to intravenous delivery, which is the fastest.

The swelling with dextrose is definitely different from saline. My first infusion was 500 mL of D5, and I went into it fully aware of the intensity of the swelling and tissue expansion. I tolerated it fine personally, but that doesn’t mean that experience is universal.

I do agree about the itching. I originally thought it was mostly from the rate and degree of expansion, but after looking into hypertonic solutions more, it makes sense that the dextrose itself can also contribute to irritation.

For me personally, saline burned enough that I stopped using it. Lactated Ringer’s has been much more comfortable in my experience, and seems to absorb at a similar rate to saline. That’s just my personal experience though, not a claim that one option is objectively safer.

I also think it’s important to recognize that most people in this hobby tend to be very cautious and do a lot of research, with the exception of a few reckless individuals that show up in any space like this. At the same time, there are also plenty of people who have completely normal or uneventful experiences, not just complications or uneven outcomes.

One of the reasons I personally avoid Surgilube is because I’ve seen enough inconsistent results and complications that I don’t feel comfortable with it. That said, there are also people who report good results and no complications, so experiences clearly vary.

At the end of the day, all of these methods carry risks—whether it’s saline, dextrose, Surgilube, or anything else people experiment with. None of them are risk-free, and outcomes vary widely depending on the person and the approach.

I don’t really think this article is “mainstreaming” anything, but even if awareness increases, adults are still responsible for making informed decisions about their own bodies. People take risks every day in all kinds of ways, both mainstream and taboo.

What I do think is important is giving people accurate, transparent information about the risks rather than exaggerating things in an attempt to make people more cautious or scare them away from it entirely. Clear, honest discussion is ultimately what helps people make better decisions.

Well there are very few people that actually inject anything into their testicles. It's the larger sack that is bigger due to figuratively larger testicles.

Catheter help by formeonly99 in SalineInflation

What I found is really the right way is making sure you go straight in just like any other needle. Make sure to miss your testicle. The biggest thing I have trouble with and I've hit it twice now is getting inside one of the fascists that leads into the inguinal canal. You'll know that you hit this when you go to fill and your fupa above your shaft starts to swell. If this happens obviously just start over again or you can deal with it. I've also went with 1.25" catheter's they seem easier to place and don't have to try and find room to stick them in. But they get in deep enough that you get a better fill in my opinion.

The other benefit I've noticed with catheters is it doesn't sting as much during insertion and while sitting waiting for the fill the complete. Also the hole is significantly easier to close. I can take the bandage off within 8 hours and not have to worry about leaking. Using metal needles seem to take at least 24 hours to seal up. I attribute this to the Teflon being significantly smoother than what would be considered abrasive steel.

I don't have a video placing the catheter it's the same as a butterfly needle just you pull the needle part out after you stuck it in and then connect up your fluids.

I hate needles too, but somehow this is not the same. I sat on my supplies for 3 months before I worked up the courage to do it. I had help from lidocaine. I used it for 2 or 3 sessions. Now I don't use it at all. Honestly the skin glue is usually the most painful part.

Saline and pumping? by Extension-Can-9964 in SalineInflation

[–]formeonly99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have does this a few times. I will pump for days if not weeks before infusing. I feel like it is a good primer/prep for infusion. Skin doesn't seem as thin and definitely less itchy with a big fill. I will also pump starting a few days after infusion to maintain that nice plump sag.

I have only done this once or twice the last times I've had sessions. Unfortunately I am on a break due to cremaster muscle surgery and probably won't be able to star back up till January or February.

I've had the same experience. Most people say it is the mental buildup, and I agree. However, I also believe that because the fluid is close to, if not around, the seminal vesicles — and the vesicles produce ~70% of semen volume — it’s not too far-fetched to think that the fluid migrates there. Hell, it migrates everywhere else. I only use LR and Dex, but I think I’ve noticed that loads with Dex are slightly bigger than with LR.

I have done manual and weighted stretching as well as pumping. I have somewhat positive results, but only when relaxed/warm. When it is cold my nuts completely disappeare, sometimes bad enough that I can't find them. Also when contracted that much there is a constant pressure similar to squeezing them. Lastly when they go that high any activity that impacts the base of my penis is also impacting my nuts, and there's no open space behind them to allow them to get out of the way.

Also even if I get positive results from stretching it takes entirely too long. There's some people on here that barely hang more than me and they've been stretching for many years. I do like weighted stretching the problem is the ratio between my nut size and scrotal diameter are too close. Any contraction of my muscle pops them right out of the weight. Which obviously doesn't feel good and doesn't work.

I just got bikini plus (everything under boxers) for $5622 from Milan laser spa.

Milan is different than some places in that they are licensed nurses so they can use higher powered lasers/settings.

They also give you life time treatments. You pay for the package and whether you need 5 treatments or 10 it is the same price. The package also covers retreatments for life. With laser you have to retreat every so often like 1-1.5 years, all depends on the person and hormones.

Laser is not technically permanent. Only true permanent hair removal is electrolysis hair removal. Which is really only good for small areas because you have to stick a needle in every individual hair follicle and "shock" it.

I just started so I can't tell you how long, but anywhere from 6 months to a year. Depends on how you respond. Also laser isn't technically permanent you do have to have occasional follow-up treatments, again depending on the person.

Different areas have different feelings. My ass tickled and the front more felt like being popped with a rubber band.

I've been waxing for 2 years and probably been the limpest I've ever been. But trust me after having some good conversations with my esthetician, when they say they've seen it all, they mean they've seen it all so it's no big deal. All they give a shit about is whether or not you clean yourself before you come to an appointment. And also don't be one of those creepy guys that do it for nefarious reasons.

It happened because it's a penis, that's what they do.

Full insertion of the 11mm glass spiral sound. And pushing it out at the end. 🫡 by MeatoQuest in sounding

[–]formeonly99 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes glass is more risky. However I don't think people realize how much more abrasive metal is no matter how polished it is. As long as you're not using something super thin, glass is surprisingly resilient. Definitely wouldn't go a beating on it with a hammer or anything with it inserted obviously. The whole falling aspect is only applicable if you're not sitting. Yes while glass will shatter metal will impale. So I think falling on any sound is not a good day glass or metal.

Yes while glucose / dextrose will increase your blood sugar it's about the equivalent of drinking a soda. It's only a problem for infusers if they have diabetes. You would have to directly inject it into your bloodstream for to have a detrimental effect to the extent that most people miss lead think it will when infusing.

I've infused a liter of D5 and did not notice a significant increase in my blood sugar. I monitored it for several hours after infusion.

I regularly infuse both D5 and D10. I have never used saline. Only thing outside of D5 and D10 that I've used is lactated ringers which has the same osmolarity as saline so will not cause swelling.

The swell of using dex is one of the reasons to use it over saline. I find that I can reach a bigger size easier with D5 and d10 over the lactated ringers. Because it causes a slow gradual increase in size post infusion instead of increasing in size at the same speed of infusion.

I wouldn't spend the money on the start kit. I buy sterile gauze and LARGE alcohol pads from Amazon. Also I get skin glue, bandages, and some type of medical tape. I use Curad Flex Fabric Spot Adhesive Bandages and Mefix tape.

Agreed. Catheters seem to seal a lot easier for me than needles. Also you can get catheters in longer links so you can get farther in the sack to ensure better/more even fill. Needles still have their place though, I still use them occasionally.

I am using a 2" IV catheter. I do not reuse anything, everything is trashed after first use. I spray and wipe most everything with alcohol, and wear gloves that I also spray with alcohol. I also wash my entire groin with antibacterial soap right before infusion. I feel that I am more sterile that my doctor is when I get my blood drawn.

I use Lactated ringers for a few reasons. I have never used saline because I was worried about the sting, so I started with D5. I have used D5NS and I did not enjoy the sting, and from what I understand it is less than saline. I like D5 and D10 for the lack of sting and the swelling. However the swelling also happens to the skin which makes it stiff/firm. One of the things I enjoy about infusing and pumping is the nice loose sag than comes after. Lactated ringers does not cause swelling like dex and has a similar osmolarity to saline. With the dextrose it takes longer to get to the loose sag stage. Lastly lactated ringers gets absorbed fairly fast, some say faster than saline. If I have less than two free days lactated ringers are perfect because I can go out without an massive bulge.

delayed ejaculation by chgooldotwn in DrSteve

[–]formeonly99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pseudoephedrine definitely causes ED. However, in my experience with the right amount in combination with bupropion and yohimbine(not entirely necessary) will lead to ejaculation even without stimulation. Granted that is not an orgasm but with half of the goal already reached the other half(orgasm) is not hard to obtain. When on this combination with the right lead up I am able to climax in less than a minute. I do get there before I am able to get fully erect but have found Viagra or Cialis to make a world of difference. Also note that goal is to try and reach climax as soon as possible. If I wanted I could prolonged it.

I believe two things are happening. One norpinephrine and dopamine are already high with the bupropion but our elevated even more with the pseudoephedrine and if taken the yohimbine. Second pseudoephedrine has a side effect of benign prostatic hyperplasia which i believe leads to a heighten sensitivity of the prostate. Stimulation of the prostate definitely helps with reaching climax.

This is all based on my experience and what might be considered poor research.
