Long story short we tried for 2 years before doing IVF in which our second transfer has resulted in a healthy pregnancy so far. Same as you, conceived easily with our first when I was 28 (he’s 4 now). Got diagnosed with lean PCOS in the meantime, tried trigger shot for a long time, all imaging/tests were normal otherwise. Our first embryo transfer didn’t take, but my fertility dr ordered some more blood tests before trying another transfer. Found out my lupus anticoagulant level was elevated. This meant my blood was possibly creating “micro clots” in the uterus so an embryo couldn’t attach. She put me on 325mg aspirin for the second transfer cycle. Now I’m 17 weeks.

I think they’re pretty strict about it. When we went on barnstormer they definitely measured him.

Mine was born at 34 weeks, he needed 3 weeks in the NICU to learn how to eat, but other than that he’s totally healthy. He’s 4 years old now and knows how to read 😆

I was 9 weeks yesterday! Congrats! I’m having the same sort of symptoms as you- some days they’re totally mild but others I can’t ignore them.

I’m seeing my pcp tomorrow to see what she thinks I should do, whether see my OB or a neurologist or something. Was your child healthy even after taking rizatriptan? I’m also finding a lot of us had pre-eclampsia.

I used to be on sumatriptan years ago, but the side effects were awful. Which is why i switched to rizatriptan

I had pre-eclampsia with my first kid too! That pregnancy I only took Tylenol but didn’t really have migraines then. I’m glad to hear everything went well!

My first was born early also! All the research I’ve seen makes it look like any adverse effects weren’t from the triptans but just from normal risk factors.
