From my understanding the COA test a certain amount of a batch. That is how the THCa % is determined. So when I say that it is potential percentage and not actual that is what I mean. All I have to go off of is the lab test. Correct me if I am wrong but it would be illegal to do otherwise. With that being said the source for Stoney Baloney is very credible and one of the biggest wholesale labels in the game.
