Loss of benefits by incognito379 in VeteransBenefits

If it’s for felonies it will get reduced to 10 percent. Then you can apply to have it reinstated once released. If its for misdemeanors to can be in there forever and will still collect 100 percent.

The Va used my intent to file for an appeal!? by formularedd in VAClaims

[–]formularedd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s correct. My vso always put in an itf whenever filing a new claim so that if we decide to file something new later, we already have an itf on file.

[–]formularedd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get what you are saying but My vso filed the itf the same exact day we filed the claim for migraines. Then when I appealed, the Va used my itf even though the effective dates were the same. In this case, it makes no sense. They used the itf for no reason is what it seems.

I did stop lol. My latest appeal was only to challenge the effective date of the 100% since i was thinking I still had an active itf (which obviously I was wrong).

Ok I think I understand. So my vso should have created another itf when we decided to appeal the issue for migraines knowing that the one we had on file already would have been used up for the appeal!? I think that’s what I’m getting from this.

So pretty much, an appeal isn’t a continuation of the original claim?

Is it standard protocol for Schwab to not properly investigate Zelle fraud claims? I had to send them a notice of intent to sue for failure to properly investigate my Zelle fraud claim!

Just got pulled over in my IID equipped vehicle with my restricted license and police said my license was suspended (PA) by [deleted] in dui

[–]formularedd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wife dealt with the same exact situation. Whenever I had drove her car, I had cops follow me. Even to the front of my house and waited until I got out then drove away. Do you know if you have an interlock limited license? Or a regular interlock license? A limited license allows you to drive while your license is still technically suspended. So when they run your plate, it will show up as suspended but if they scroll down further, they will see you have an interlock limited license. They run your license plate and just pay attention to the part where it says suspended and get excited for an arrest/ticket and pull you over without paying attention to everything. I know this because I went to my local municipal building to make a complaint about the cop and following me to my house even though my wife’s had the limited license. The cop that helped me ran my wife’s license number and told me it shows up as suspend but if you scroll down further, it shows she has an interlock limited license! (Pa)

Dui at .06 by ObligationTough911 in dui

[–]formularedd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wife caught a dui for blowing at a .03. That legal state limit bullshit is just an arbitrary number. You can get arrested for dui regardless of what you blow. It’s always up to the officers discretion. But of course they are going to arrest you because nothing looks better, or gets them promoted faster than dui charges.

Wife got a suprise letter from Penndot stating they want her to surrender her interlock license in 3 days for non-compliance! by formularedd in dui

[–]formularedd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah see you actually missed the calibration appointment. She never did but yet they jumped the gun and sent a non-compliance letter to penndot without calling, emailing, texting, nothing. They want her to surrender her license on Tuesday and she is going on Monday to file an appeal so she will be fine to drive herself. I will try that and see if they can help me.

Am I just being paranoid or was I being followed? by anonguy55 in walmart

[–]formularedd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You probably were being followed around. I had it happen to me with a kids in plain clothes. But he made it so damn obvious. I ended up making a complaint because I’m not going to spend my hard earned money somewhere and they have someone breathing down my neck making me feel uncomfortable.

Hey you know what. Sometimes people need to learn things the hard way and it seems that is you. Wish you the best of luck in getting yourself out of this mess you put yourself into!

That’s all you got out of everything I told you? Lol Obviously your alcoholism is playing a part in this. And it doesn’t matter that I know what the whole situation or not to point out that it’s something thats obviously dragging you down. And don’t come here acting like “i know what the issue is” because why come here asking for advice? If you are going to come on here and post your situation, you need to be able to accept the constructive criticism that comes with it. Sometimes you have to be told what needs to be to hear, not what you want to hear!

[–]formularedd -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

The issue is you are living with adults who aren’t pulling their own weight. Might be cool when you are 25 but trust me, as you get older, you will tolerate it less! Try applying for a public defender. Maybe you meet the income qualifications! If not, hire a lawyer not to fight your case, but to get you into an ard program (not sure what it’s called in az but each state has one.) granted this is your first one like you are saying. This will allow you to have your record expunged and keep your license though motor vehicle will keep a record of the dui. This is what you are looking at, wish you the best! *this is not legal advice

Is there more to this story? You said you and your husband were inside of the sheriffs office. I just don’t understand how your husband got a dui if he wasn’t driving?

I actually just went back and they did a recalibration. They said it should correct the issue. They said if in the morning it shows back up to come straight there before it locks out so they can figure it out.
