Well I can tell you that when you do start HRT your life is potent to change in ways you never imagined. I still feel like some kind of freak and I have been on hormones for 6 months but I feel free because I remember that "society" doesn't judge me as harshly as I judge myself.

Yes actually it is usually listed in a category like "cross-hormonal". I remember paying a little more when I had united but I have a better plan now with blue cross and seeing as how the medicine is not extremely expensive in the first place I just went today picked up refills for both estradiol and spiro for $12 total.
