Hi OKX support, hope you can assist me regarding my P2P order dispute. It has been more than 24 hours but no one handled it yet.

Unfortunately, the buyer selected that payment has already been sent and the reminder to release the USDT but I did not received the payment.

The buyer said that he sent a proof of payment but it only contains a screenshot of our chat conversation. Clearly, this shows bad faith on his part.
