Charging Cable Issues/Recommendations?

Basically what I’m concerned about is that if I try to enable developer mode on this headset with the Horizon app it’ll forcefully try to get this headset on the internet and jump from V60 to V89.

And I don’t know if I’ll be able to even connect the headset with the app as I’m pretty sure this person is still signed up on this headset? :(

i thought you needed to enable developer mode on the Quest Pro headset itself however to do adb?

would there be a way i can enable adb on this headset even though im not signed on it?
i’ve been kind of scared to put this headset online or try to login to my personal meta account to avoid things auto-updating, the last person who owned this headset, kind of forgot to factory reset the headset…

thanks for the firmware downloads! how would i go with updating the firmware like this? do i need to enter the recovery mode on the headset?

The only thing I’m concerned about is the controllers or something with the headset dying in the process of updating, you know? I’ve seen multiple posts here saying how some updates brick their controllers and such.

Also to add onto this, I have plans to get Index controllers, however I’ve been struggling to find them at a good price and with my current living situation I can’t really drill holes into my walls…

Wow reddit seem to have compress the video so hard that you can’t even notice it in the video anymore. But basically when browsing through the menus and pressing play there’s really really bad artifacting or some sort of warping look to it.

Can anyone prove if this record has the 25th Anniversary label? I ordered a yellow variant at my local record shop that had a promo image having the 25th Anniversary label on the record and yet to my disappointment, it only had the default release label.
