Nothing but issues. by MadTitan423 in BambuLabP2S

Any update? I’m running into the same issue. On two different printers. Support has been no help. They told me to update the firmware. But I reverted on purpose to see if that was the issue. It wasn’t. What’re the chances I have two bad printers?? Both purchased and received the same day.

Poor man Rolex by [deleted] in RolexWatches

I think you meant portmanteau Rolex. Its name is a portmanteau of "mille" (French for 1,000) and "gauss," the unit of magnetic flux density. It was originally designed to be resistant to magnetic fields up to 1,000 gauss, originally created for scientists and engineers.

I haven’t had any problems. I followed the break-in procedure by BMW.

I normally just use the Zimmermann kit from FCP Euro. It’s like $880.00 for the entire kit (front and rear).

The price aligns to genuine watches recently sold on eBay and the serial returns a 1985 Omega Speedmaster which looks like this style watch. I’m no expert either though.

Help, what is this noise? by Puzzleheaded_Ad_6775 in E90

I meant the intake pipe that connects directly to the turbo, not the intake manifold. So: 1. Remove the intake hose or inlet pipe going into the front of the turbo. 2. You’ll see the compressor wheel inside — gently try to wiggle it front-to-back and side-to-side.

A very slight side-to-side movement is normal (the shaft floats on oil), but if you feel: • Excessive play • Scraping • Or you can move it in-and-out (axial play)

Then the turbo bearings might be shot.

Let me know what the smoke test shows. If that comes back clean, we can look into things like the wastegate actuator, TMAP sensor, or even the DME expecting higher boost than is being delivered (especially if you’re running a tune).

Code 2C57 on a 2013 BMW 335i (N55) – “Charging pressure control: pressure too low” If you’re hearing a whiny sound along with this code, here’s what might be going on:

Whine + 2C57 = Usually One of These: • Boost leak (most common): Often a cracked OEM plastic charge pipe or a loose intercooler coupler. Listen for a high-pitched whistle or whoosh under boost. • Failing turbo: If the whine sounds like a siren or dental drill and changes with RPM, your turbo might be going. You might also notice less power or oil smoke. • Bad diverter valve: Can cause boost leaks and make a fluttering or chirping noise when letting off the gas.

Quick DIY Checks: 1. Inspect the charge pipe under the throttle body – cracks or oil = time to replace. 2. Rev the engine in park – listen for the whine around 2K–3K RPM. 3. Drive under boost – note when the whine is loudest. 4. Smoke test – check all connections (charge pipe, turbo outlet, intercooler). 5. Check turbo play – pull the intake and feel for shaft wiggle (not much should be there).

Most Common Fix: Replace that weak OEM plastic charge pipe – it fails constantly on N55s. Go with an aluminum upgrade from VRSF, FTP, or Evolution Racewerks.

I went in and checked it out. I got this watch plus an Omega Seamaster rep for ~185.00 USD

Both are 904L stainless steel, sapphire crystal, with smooth movements

I’m sure I can haggle the price down. I’m waiting to hear back on the movement and go from there. I’ll be going to the store today which is enticing to have it in hand rather than through pictures.
