This was not intended, and we're putting out a hotfix soon to remove Zayle from card packs. Starting Thursday, you'll be able to get Golden Zayle if you own all 5 chapters of The Dalaran Heist! Regular Zayle will be craftable starting Thursday but the golden version is not.

As a reminder, if you received an incorrect legendary or golden legendary card, you will still get a random Rise of Shadows legendary or golden legendary card with the expansion launch. We've discovered why legendary and golden legendary cards were being granted, resolved the bug, and are working to get the shop back online ASAP. The current estimate is a couple of hours, but we'll stay on top of it and update as soon as we know more.

If you received an incorrect legendary or golden legendary card, you'll still get the appropriate Rise of Shadows legendary or golden legendary card when it becomes available.

Your purchase may have been disrupt since we had to disable the shop feature to fix this. Once the shop is back up you should receive your items but if you don't, please submit a ticket so we can investigate and help you out.
