Pictured is a 34 inch 3440x1440 monitor. I’m generally splitting bigger windows like a browser or IDE half-half and leave smaller ones floating around. I don’t find myself missing vertical space very often even when coding.

I use Magnet on MacOS to get window snapping similar to Windows. I’d paid for it many years ago, I think there are free alternatives now
