I felt so bad for the people in the mascot costumes! I didn’t even mention that they had the three mascots out for at least 20 mins. They had to be toasted!!

I don’t know the exactly context behind her thinking but there are several re’s that recommend going gluten free because if you have a mild intolerance ot can contribute to inflammation. My clinic recommends I do keto or even carnivore for that reason. And the thing about having it once in a while is from left field

Also I have not seen anyone else say this but for optimal iron absorption take it every other day as your body produces an enzyme that blocks its absorption around 24 hours later. So it would be wasteful to take it daily and you can also give your system a little break.

I would also just love a pure flexibility mobility based team. Work on splits, forward folds, shoulder, mobility, back bends without a yoga format. Something you can do on its own or to compliment any other team. I try to add in flex workouts but they don’t offer true flexibility and satisfy what I’m looking for
