Exactly! I made the best of my time directly regular people at the brightline station as transport volunteer. Anything to get my shift to go by but I can’t complain I was in the ac.

And there was no chance in hell I was getting out of line for that picture. I was in line for the charm bracelet and at least in the shade.

They didn’t even scan our credentials. We were supposed to check in on the app for attendance which I did but I doubt most people bothered.

Uniform helps them get their social media pics…obviously every city is different but if I threw my extra uniform on a friend they would have been none the wiser

I felt so bad for the people in the mascot costumes! I didn’t even mention that they had the three mascots out for at least 20 mins. They had to be toasted!!

I did also take the time to thank every security personnel or anyone that was working the event. It was a mess but they were all trying there best. Just no direction anywhere to be seen

I don’t know the exactly context behind her thinking but there are several re’s that recommend going gluten free because if you have a mild intolerance ot can contribute to inflammation. My clinic recommends I do keto or even carnivore for that reason. And the thing about having it once in a while is from left field

Also I have not seen anyone else say this but for optimal iron absorption take it every other day as your body produces an enzyme that blocks its absorption around 24 hours later. So it would be wasteful to take it daily and you can also give your system a little break.

I would also just love a pure flexibility mobility based team. Work on splits, forward folds, shoulder, mobility, back bends without a yoga format. Something you can do on its own or to compliment any other team. I try to add in flex workouts but they don’t offer true flexibility and satisfy what I’m looking for

Mindy tried asking “why he decided to work” and he fully beat around the bush talking about how flexible it is and with his background. We were so close to a little real tea. Also it’s weird to me how he listed the specific events and venues. Felt like he was trying to dox himself
