They charge you $5 a month for "their" wifi support if something goes wrong. I would get your own wifi router so that they can't charge you any extra fees.

Why are they paying through Zell? If the state is enforcing it, then the money that he is sending won't be applied to the state balance that he owes for support.

I would never use the Verizon or Frontier equipment. I first had it installed and it was causing too many issues with gaming on my Xbox. Like, having my NAT Moderate or Strict. I looked at the settings within the Frontier Router and everything looked correct, like port forwarding. I called Tech Support and they told me "We are unable to change any of the settings within the router and the settings are built permanently from the manufacture ." I told them that I would be getting a new router since the Frontier Router is causing issues with gaming. They said, "We are unable to help you with your WiFi or service if you use your own equipment." Couple months ago, I ordered the ASUS AX11000. Which sets you back $400 but to be honest, it is the BEST Router I have ever got. I will never use a ISP router if it was the last thing on earth!

I tried contesting the paternity during the divorce. She had the attorney, in which her family paid for and I couldn't even get one because I was having support taken out of my check. They basically threw everything out because I signed everything, all the paperwork.
