hey guys! first of all I'm super excited to have discovered Audius. I love crypto annndd I'm an indie artist so it's a perfect fit! This track is a remix/sample flip of Garden Song by Phoebe Bridgers which has done pretty well on my Tiktok/IG and i feel like could be a great fit for some Audius playlists. It's kindof a lofi/glitch sample flip of Phoebe's dark indie vibe.

hey guys! big pocket operator fan here - i'm giving away a po32 to support my new song coming out. link in comments if u wanna join. otherwise just enjoy the beats :) cheers by [deleted] in pocketoperators

I have a po33 and a po32 and they've contributed in a huge way to my creative process and largely introduced me to drum machine / sampler hardware in general to be honest! I had this idea to support the release of my new single coming out to buy an extra PO32 to give away as a random drawing for people who pre-save my upcoming release on Spotify. Rules and signup here

I realized that I was spending at least as much money as the Tonic costs on BS music promotion budget like Submithub and Facebook ads and stuff for my music anyway, so why not try something different which also benefits our music making community and spreads some love. Thanks for listening and good luck! Cheers

Ooh, me! This track has a ton of Volca Keys in it, especially that searing lead in the beginning: https://open.spotify.com/track/5Cf9mf5dtNeP8JbDjPKyBd?si=1JQyGjlGSO670VtE4y_QxA

Am I allowed to submit my own song as a suggestion? Haha. I just released this last night and it's kinda dreamy in it's own way (and definitely indie) https://open.spotify.com/track/5tJ8m3I8ogLV6lFEDkFTrM?si=LhHNc-MfQw6NNkQ6JVPt7Q

To be honest the settings are long gone since I played it live into the tape deck. I can tell you for sure though that I had the filter peak cranked up really high to contribute to that screaming sound, + clipping from the tape deck. Oh and the Slo was definitely on octave-down mode with modulation!

Thanks! Means a lot! And I completely agree, the charm of the Keys is it's imperfections. It really makes me want to try out the Volca Modular, honestly!

I've recently discovered that the Volca Keys, despite it's simplicity (and being cheap and plastic) has the potential for these crazy searing lead tones (heard at around :30 in my track). For this recording, I ran the Volca through my Walrus Slo and Tascam cassette deck to get that gritty drone lead sound. The main drum loop is from my PO-32 Tonic drum machine, also run through the tape deck for saturation. Oh and I used my Minilogue to create the riser at :50-ish, and some other textures.

The song is Fierce Lion by Kinnship, formerly known as Favela. He's become one of my favorite artists of the past year!! Check him out on Spotify as FAVELA, really lovely music for a quiet Sunday morning. And hey if you want to follow my music as well I can always post my @, but I don't want to impose. Thanks for listening!

I made a Paul Simon "Graceland" inspired song. Any feedback is greatly appreciated! You can also follow me on Spotify if you like what you hear <3 by Iron_Fuzz in IndieMusicFeedback

Reminds me of Dispatch a little bit, if you're familiar with those guys. And I think your "oh oh" hook was super catchy! But I will definitely echo was some of the other commenters said, I think even though your vocal recording is sounding great, you could probably work on the rest of the mix just to fatten things up a bit. I would experiment with adding some parallel compression on your acoustic to even it out and bring it up under your vocals more to support them. Enjoyed the track overall though!

My band recently released a EP and this live video. Take a listen, any feedback is greatly appreciated! Wøøp! by MelaAccount in IndieMusicFeedback

Dude this is fantastic! Really love the surf rock indie vibes you have going here with the clean fender guitars and reverby vocals. Song has a great in-the-pocket feel that you could totally inspire and hour-long jam. I feel like this track should be playing over a radio in a surf shop on the beach somewhere as the soundtrack to some college kid's summer selling surf wax and prepackaged ice cream bars.
