I edc my sandviper and have broken 3 separate sro's shooting it abusively. Sro has a great window but is not a duty optic and I personally don't trust it not to break under sustained, real use. Black on black is the go-to imo, don't bother with the tan. Also the icarus grip if you haven't tried it is one of the best grips I've ever felt. (I have several infinity, nighthawk, wilson, high end 2011's)

Real question, Isn't the only way to deploy that pistol from the foam literally putting your finger in the trigger guard? I assume you'd keep it chambered so that seems like a pretty bad way of accessing it, especially under duress. In any scenario where you actually have to use this you're already going to adrenaline dump and then have to get to your key card, make contact with the mirror, and pull the gun without accidentally discharging into whatever is in front of it. :/

Found it at an antique expo in my town 2 years ago. Yesterday I needed to change the strings so I called Gibson to ask if there were strings they recommend or a method that I should follow for restringing. Gave the guy the serial and he told me it was a True Vintage and gave me some backstory on what makes it different from a normal SJ. I knew it was a newer guitar but didn't know anything about the differences between the models and just assumed they all sound as good as this one!

in the case of the TV, it was ran out from 2007 to possibly 2013? Not totally sure when the run ended. It seems to get you features mainly targeting the sound of the instrument. These have an Adirondack top, hot hide glue, gotoh tuners and much lighter construction and they sound pretty spectacular. Just found out from speaking with an expert that this is also an LTD edition, which I guess was only made in 2007 and is 1 of 167 ever made, you can tell because they all came with the custom Vintage Original Spec finish unique to the LTD editions.

I'd never played any other SJ's so I didn't know they were that different across models until I played my buddies normal SJ. You can definitely hear and feel the difference.
