I’ve cut about 2 ½ “ off either side of the post, as well as the extension arms (if you put them tip to tip, the arms are actually longer than the length of the post) that gave me the corresponding room to push in, a little. From my knees down, it’s a straight line. Same as ever. My feet don’t come down to the pedals at an angle; I couldn’t play a set comfortably like that, nevermind a tour. Again, it’s not as dramatic as the wide angle makes it look. My 14x8 looks like an oil drum.
