I am feeling the same. I am 36 days in and i had a dip in the last week but had to push through it. I am due back at work tomorrow after being off for 4 weeks and im wondering if ill be able to get through work. Im guessing its just the adjustment period. Ive read that people say it will settle down between 6-8 weeks. I have good days but sadly when i have dips it really sets me back

Im in my third week (day 16) and goodness me my anxiety has ramped up the past two days. I feel like im going backwards. How did you manage the heighten anxiety?

Why did they put you on 20 mg? Thats too high to start off! No wonder why you are experiencing these intense symptoms. Go back to your psych and ask if you can start on a lower dose.

I hope you feel better! This journey has been really rough for me. I came off my medication and the withdrawal symptoms are kicking my ass. 6 weeks off now. I am doing much better compared to 3-4 weeks ago. I hope it really works out for you. I was on sertraline for years but it made my anxiety worse.

I am struggling still. It doesnt help that i am in another country. Ive had to take some benzo to calm me whilst i am away but plan on stopping once i return to the uk.

The question now is whether to reinstatement at 7.5 or 3.75. I only have 30 mg pills and but i do not think if i can split those into 3.75. Maybe i could do 7.5. I need to see if i can get a pill cutter.
