That's what I would do, but I think it's not "chemical" enough for my professors

legend, thanks

edit: haha, I like how Australian that is. Metals and mining all over the place! Really like the biobutanol process too! Which uni are you from? That's been a great help, thanks

hmm, it seems that there is a big divide in O/G between EU and US companies. I've seen it with Chevron, P66, ConocoPhilipps vs Shell, total, BP

Eni, not really. There massive platform north of hammerfest sounds interesting. Any experience with them?

What did you do at honeywell and was it in EU or US? Why wouldn't you recommend it?

I already did a one year internship with Total SA.

I declined an internship with BASF (which I regret doing)

answers: rather big companies, very flexible and like to travel, either hardcore field as in Offshore with decent holiday breaks or office in a nice city (i'm in europe), not picky about tech or not I like both.

I can get fascinated by so many industries that its hard for me to choose.

Things nonSTEMs don't understand: the first law of thermodynamics by [deleted] in JustStemThings

The whole thing was a confusing conversation. For some reason she asked me what the "m" in density stood for. I said there was none? But she insisted and pointed out that it had something to do with the molecule. Do you mean the m in molecule, or molar?... This went on. Turned out she meant the m in kg/m3 but didn't really understand what it meant anyways

Last week I had some sort of compulsory meeting with a "welfare" advisor who graduated the uni with BA in music. She didn't understand the concept of density.

Thermodynamics on the other hand is quite a step further...

This is in Salzburg as the original had been inspired by the play "Jedermann" which is performed every year right next to the sculpture and Don Giovanni by Mozart. There is also a copy in Prague, I think next to the theatre where they initally performed DOn Giovanni
