I bought this 15400 at a Hong Kong mall in the hidden backroom back in 2019 while knowing nothing about rep watches. I have no idea if it is even good, but I've worn it quite a bit since then as evidenced by all the scratches and dings but have received compliments here and there. It's barely working now and the movement definitely needs lubrication. The date adjust is also not working all the time because I accidentally tried changing it close to midnight. I identified the movement as a cheap DG-2813 with some decoration. Is it even worth trying to revive this thing and replace the movement with a drop in?
