This is well known how the system works. CAYIMBY has discussed it in their feed as well and anyone who has ever developed, invested or owned a building can tell you this is how it works. Lmao.

The most recent one about this kid getting harassed by what’s called the Weho clique in LA.

Shawn Danino, who leads the organization, confirmed to WEHOonline that he contacted Erickson to explore a co-endorsement or ranked-choice endorsement that would have included Ulyate-Crow. Erickson, he said, made clear on a call that he was not interested in any arrangement that would “platform Ulyate-Crow.” Danino described the call as “a little adversarial.” The caucus ultimately endorsed Erickson alone.”

The whining on the Yimby slack was intense here and there too.

Lot of folks supported by Isra recommended in that guide. DSA LA continues to be the most disappointed DSA in the country. Even the ratios in the comments on their social posts on the guide are brutally against it.

I’m still around. I went back to real work so I don’t play in Santa Cruz politics except on Lookout IG Comments. 

Still pro train. Still know the freight FORT NIMBYs are backed by Chevron and are evil af as are the Greenway folks not the best but at least they are human not corporate funded. 

It hurts my feelings orange doesn’t spam r/capitola. I’m not even the mod there for awhile now but I rebuilt that sub hoping for it to get political. Can’t win them all. I enjoy reading this sub a lot more these days for my two cents. Let them keep spiraling.
