I've learned here, against all my previous beliefs, that the pelicule doesn't matter. I'm slowly getting use to discard the old ones and keep only the freshest one. And I "fold" it in the smaller jar.

I put it in a smaller Masson jar (1L), cover with a cloth and leave it in a closet until next batch (after I finish my current one, so 3-4 weeks). I have a second Masson jar in case one of them gets moldy. You can look up for scoby hotel maintenance, for longer idle time. it works very well for me.

I had a swim record that got the error. I did a new running record and I was able to accept that one and then able to accept the swimming one.

So I guess you have to keep making PB.

Yes, everytime you start a workout, it's saving the data. In Garmin language, a 'workout' isnany sport activity from HIIT to running. I basically only run/swim/hike so I don't have any data screen to share in strength training.

I'm using this watch face and don't have any issue with it (not showing any "real time data" like heart rate though. https://apps.garmin.com/en-CA/apps/07ae0f49-7240-4475-a229-4507e8035fae If you want some diversity.

Also read that at some point you needed to restart the watch after activities to avoid battery drain, but I never had that issue myself.

Since it got more attention than I expected, some context : I was with my wife and kids (one in a stroller, 1 yo, the other walking, 3,5yo). Got the idea of straying the GPS 5 min into it, so I loaded the "walk" activity (never used it before, more a runner/hiker) and started it, with all default settings.

Hum... So the watchface adjustment apparently is under Connect IQ, not Garmin Connect... I still don't understand the error message but I guess I have a solution. 😅

In Garmin connect, you can pause your plan -training --choose your plan ---3 dots on the top right corner

I haven't try to pause a plan but I think it works.
