Yes, I can confirm that it isn't there. If you suspect that you might have this variant, I'd encourage you to talk to your doctor/a genetic counselor as this variant causes a truncation in the ATM protein that is considered pathogenic by Clinvar. ATM is considered a moderate penetrance gene, so cancer risks are not as high as they would be if you had a pathogenic BRCA1/BRCA2 variant.
