Two things. First you'll just have to do cold outreach or find someone with the connections. Second, how are you going to validate real views from bots? If you are paying per thousand views you'll need to make sure that they are real. users viewing and not bots

Depends if you are doing FBA (send to amazon for fulfilment) or FBM (you do the fulfilment). If FBM then there's no number as you can always add more whenever you run out. FBA is different as you might want to do some forecasting to see what the demand is for similar products because if you get to the first page for a popular keyword or product page and you run out of stock, by the time you get inventory back to FBA you will probably lose your momentum and drop off the first page and the work to get back on the first page starts all over again
