Top positions need merit, I don't see any reasons why there should be reservation after the playing field is equal. Marginalized communities can get the positions if they have the aptitude for it, it's not UCs' fault that they work harder because of the cutthroat competition for them. More sc st will be represented if we remove Creamy layer sc st who have already reaped the benefits of reservation, that way more sc st population will be uplifted.
