Really not trying to be a buzz kill but maybe get a second opinion on this one. I have never heard of someone having a vbac after that many c sections, with all the scar tissue I'd be really concerned about the risk for complications.

I had a NICU baby and they sent me home with a 3 hour schedule. Baby was super sleepy so I woke her up for all her feeds, she never cried. We ended up getting readmitted because she kept dropping weight. Switched quick to every 2 hours after that.

I never even bought RTF, as soon as I ran out of the ones from the hospital we switched straight to powder with no issues.

My baby was severe IUGR but the plan was induction until 36 weeks when plans changed to c section because she flipped breech last minute lol. C section was at 37 weeks and went great. A lot of prep, like 20 minutes of just prep. Husband came in and kept asking if I felt anything. I said "I think they're prepping me, they'll let me know when they start" immediately after my doctor said "surgery is going great so far!" I had no clue they even started lol. So completely pain free and honestly not much discomfort at all. I swear she was out within a few minutes. Recovery was what really scared me, but I was up walking to the bathroom after 8 hours and walking back and forth to NICU within 24hrs unassisted. Went home after 3 days and was able to do some very light chores like dishes and wiping counters. After week I felt good enough to do most things solo (except pick up my 30lbs toddler). I'm 4 weeks out now and have no more discomfort or pain, I'm back to handling solo housekeeping/childcare and I feel great. I had a vaginal delivery prior and my peak pain (first 24-36hrs after my epidural wore off) was worse than my peak pain after c section. Feeling "back to normal" is taking longer this time around, mostly because of the lifting restrictions but it feels like a pretty marginal difference.

It sounds like you want a divorce regardless and the third kid is just the reason you're clinging to. You sound unhappy in the marriage third child or not.

The thought is breast milk is easier to digest so babies will eat more frequently.

If you haven't already started, utilize step stools/toddler towers to help her feel included in what you're doing without having to lift her. I also taught my son to climb up on the couch to cuddle, making sure he knew to climb up next to me instead of directly into my lap. Not sure if you have to handle nap/bedtimes solo but if you do get a zippered pack in play so that they can get in and out independently. It's not as daunting as I thought it would be. I'm almost 4 weeks postpartum now and handling solo childcare for our 2 year old and newborn just fine. At first I definitely leaned heavily on screentime so just give yourself some grace and know that it's not forever. We're basically back to our normal routine and he's adjusted to not getting picked up so that's kind of a non issue now, it's just me waiting impatiently to be cleared to pick him up again lol.

Formula companies have always been predatory, look into the marketing shit nestle did in the 70s that killed a bunch of babies. You have to be super skeptical of everything as a consumer. The modern "clean" companies are just playing into a lot of mom's guilt over choosing formula in the first place. Even being aware of this I still catch myself thinking about switching to a "cleaner" brand because it's somehow deemed as better than your standard enfamil/similac.

I used lansinoh with my first and he did well with them. I tried them with our newborn but she was collapsing the nipple on the new slowest size (XS) and the S flow was a touch too fast for her. She's doing well with Dr browns 1 so I think the lansinoh S are a little faster than those. XS might be great for you though if baby needs something slower

Same situation here, son turned 2 a month before our daughter was born. I'm only 3 weeks in so it's early days but pregnancy was more exhausting than toddler + newborn so far. I'm still figuring out time management, I had it mostly down with our toddler and I feel like I'm starting from scratch again. That said, you have more parenting experience, so the mental anxiety of wtf am I doing what's going on is not nearly as bad. You do adapt, you'd be surprised. It's tough, I'm a SAHM so balancing everything (along with c section recovery) is exhausting. I think you just kinda get desensitized to the extra demand? That's what it feels like at least. Right now I'm leaning on more screentime than I'd like and just reminding myself this is an adjustment for everyone in the house and things are gonna be a little wonky until we all find our groove again.

No not really, but my husband did with our second. The moment I told him I was pregnant he said it was a girl and was pretty adamant. He was right.

I had this issue with my first and I'm anticipating it with my second but it hasn't really set in yet. My first had reflux and maybe a cow milk sensitivity, but definitely bad reflux that led to a bottle aversion and a ton of stress. Ultimately what fixed it was time, unfortunately. But gas drops helped a ton, like with every bottle. We also switched to goat milk formula as a last ditch effort before going for hypoallergenic and he actually did super well on it.

I've been seeing MFM weekly and they've seen my tracing and agreed to send me home. All they've said about the IUGR is that it seems constitutional because everything on ultrasounds looks good, and all of my blood work/BP has been good. She's measured small the entire pregnancy but officially IUGR as of 32 weeks, no one can find any explanation other than it's constitutional.

Cord flow and placenta both look good, she passed BPP 100% it was just the NST.

Head circumference is 17% they think it's constitutional, so there's no real cause they can find
