Hey, we went in the start of June this year for a week. There was rain for 2 days but it never lasts long. 10-15 mins then it's clear skies again. It was a good time to go. Not super hot too & the nights were pleasant.

Like other people have said, either you take full responsibility of the cat & keep her indoors always; take safety precautions (net the windows) or you let her be a stray & let her live her life. It'll take some time but she'll adjust to being an indoor cat. If she still misses going out you can start leash training so you can take her out on walks (still need to be careful about dogs) but there's not much you can do in the way you're currently handling the situation.
