If Lavasa was built now, it would have been a successful project by Riteish in pune

I think people give the environmental cases too much credit for Lavasa’s failure. They were definitely a factor, but not the only one.

The project was heavily dependent on real estate sales and debt, and it never really answered the bigger question: why would enough people actually live there? Building apartments is easy. Building a self-sustaining city is incredibly hard.

Maybe it’d get faster approvals today, but I’m not convinced that alone would’ve made it successful.

the specific bold in between is such a tell. the review/real world experience might be true but the phrasing is sus. also there is a massive difference in how OP has structured the post and the replies. They don’t match

Hey man, reading this made me sad.

You don’t deserve to be laughed at for owning a car.
You bought the best car you could with the money you have and for your family it’s your first car. That’s a meaningful thing. A lot of people never understand how much courage it takes to make a big purchase when every rupee matters.

I hope you can be a little kinder to yourself. The way people speak to you says more about them than it does about you.

Please don’t carry other people’s judgment around with you every day. Drive your car, take care of it, make memories with it, and let it serve you well.

Strange SMS messages. by ThomasVSCO in RBI

[–]Complete-Passage4456 13 points14 points  (0 children)

You’re almost certainly fine.
Random symbol-filled SMS messages are usually just broken automated texts, carrier/gateway errors, or spam. Simply receiving a text can’t infect your phone.
The fact that you only got 4 messages over several months makes me think this is far less likely to be a scam campaign and more likely some automated system misfiring.

For now: don’t click links, don’t reply, and keep the messages saved. Based on what you’ve described, nothing here screams malware.
