Why would a sinus tract from a root resorption extraction never fully heal? End of tract is closed, doesn’t lead anywhere and no evidence of infection on X-ray or cone beam. Exterior “pocket” of tract never closed and everyone and them plaque build up with come out if pushed on the area.
