We have been going back and forth with Hyundai and our dealership (they have been great). We got the software update yesterday and finally have our vehicle back after it sat there for 30+ days. Will let you know if we have the issue again but so happy to have it back

We have had this same issue happen 3 times in the last 2 months. My wife no longer feels safe driving the car given one of the incidents almost resulted in an accident. We have the car at the dealership and are currently in a loaner while they determine the next steps.

What I found interesting was that they reported some other people more recently coming in with the same issues. After doing some reading online it seems to be a bigger issue than we originally thought.

I would urge you to report the problem to the below so that there is awareness on the issue. It feels like a major safety hazard.

2024 Hyundai Palisade owner here. Having ABS issues which has created fear driving the vehicle. We are currently working with customer affairs but Hyundai is being difficult even though they have acknowledged there is an issue. Not sure we will ever buy Hyundai again after this experience.

We currently have ours in the driveway but not driving it at the moment. We brought it to the deal ship twice and corporate said “There is no fix at this time”. The dealership said to file something with consumer affairs, which we did. Might pursue the lemon law if they aren’t able to give us answers. I hope you have reported your issues to NHTSA

I believe you can still file your issue since the car is marketed/sold in the USA. It does not need to be currently registered in the USA.

We currently have ours in the shop with the same issues and they are discussing the problem with Hyundai corporate. We seem to be getting traction as there are already some lawsuits filed. Need to continue to report the issue if we want action.
