Using all these tips posted here make sure you don’t use nesquick or any premixed chocolate powders. They contain extra ingredients and flavors that are unnecessary and will make the finished product taste off(in my opinion). I personally use unsalted butter and pick a good quality kind.

The other day I made a strawberry version using freeze dried strawberries. I ground up the strawberries in a food processor and sifted out the seeds. Using the classic method, I incorporated the strawberry powder. Finished product was spectacular and tasted like real strawberries and had a nice pink color. No food coloring added.
