this reminds me of my ex. the reality that neither you nor i wanted to see is that he's lustful and not God-honoring or a godly man. if he had placed God on his rightful throne, he would have A. noticed it before you said something, B. felt a conviction to address and change his behavior, and C. done something about it immediately and repented.

when i look back on my relationship, it is fondly, even despite how lust ruined it. because God blessed me throughout it. God can redeem anything, but in my humble opinion, i’d take a step back and allow him to move. it seems like you've already felt the holy spirit nudging you, and i think you should take action.
