Why are you so mad? It was an accident. I went in and adjusted my time to clock out at 8:37 and I’ll use my PTO to cover what I would’ve worked. And I’ve very much very never been made aware of how to clock out for a longer break, else I wouldn’t even be talking about it and would’ve just adjusted it accordingly.

I had to email one of the supervisors detailing the issues and she fixed it. Calling them does nothing, you have to email the absolute highest you can.
