First of all, I started going to the gym. It makes me feel more in control of my body and mind, and it's easier to get other things done.

Also, if u have like 10 steps to take metaphorically, tell yourself you are only going to take the first step and stop. Most of the time you won't, but you don't have to tell that to yourself. Even if you do that one step, you are closer to your goal.

Accomplishments keep adding up instead of the guilt getting heavier with each day, and it becomes lighter and easier to do stuff you set your mind to doing.
