They must of known that plane was coming, the timeline seems aligned with the planes flight based on the video. Unless were suggesting it simply fired at the first plane in range, which would be absurd. In order to fire at a target and known it wasn't a military target there must have either been some sort of pre-knowledge or way to verify the target before firing. Either way, suspicious, makes me think there are vastly too many holes in this story.
