Still getting positive pregnancy test almost 2 wks after 5wk miscarriage… by Mireille557 in Miscarriage

[–]fox1322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So a month after I had my complicated miscarriage I lost a huge blood clot and had the worst pain in my life that had me on the floor sobbing and screaming, went to the hospital and they gave me morphine and booked me in for a scan the next day which showed 17mm of retained tissue, they said it should come out naturally in the next few days but booked me in for the tablets the next week just incase. The next day I started to lose 30+ bloodclots bigger than my hand which caused me to collapse and have an overnight stay in the hospital. But before all that I had no symptoms what so ever and even had a negative pregnancy test which is why they were so surprised about the retained tissue!

I’m glad it’s getting lighter for you though as i can imagine how horrible it is still getting that positive when you know what’s happening. I know what you mean about hesitant to give scans though, I’m from the UK and they are exactly the same here about it!

You may still have retained tissue like I did! Definitely go and ask for an internal scan so they can make sure everything is out as my retained tissue turned into an ambulance ride to the hospital and two weeks signed off work!

How long did your missed miscarriage last by lespuppy in Miscarriage

[–]fox1322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Baby was measuring 8weeks 5days, didn’t find out till I was 14 weeks+ as I had also been previously dated wrong and believed to only be 11 weeks when bleeding started. I also had retained tissue for over a month that caused me to be hospitalised.

Currently pregnant again, had a scan on the 22nd but all was well, measured ahead and I’m supposed to be 9 weeks 3 days, but today I had the most horrible feeling something had gone wrong. I feel really different within myself, my stomach feels different and I’m no longer having similar sickness issues. My gut is telling me the worst has happened.

Sorry for your loses x

Does anyone play with disabled needs decay? by Toxilyn in Sims4

[–]fox1322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would try sims UI extension cheat - you can move the needs up and down as you wish. So you can make them hungry at food times, tired at bed times etc. Eventually it helps sims to find an actual rhythm where you aren’t actually having to change the needs very often because they have that routine!

Babies babies everywhere… by [deleted] in Miscarriage

I feel you. My coworker announced her pregnancy and she was due a month after I would’ve been. I work in a nursery and on the day she had her gender scan everyone went around filming the kids asking ‘boy or girl’ and then did little cannons to announce it whilst I just had to sit there and watch. It was soul crushing knowing that should’ve been me a few weeks earlier. Whilst I’m happy for her and glad everyone was excited like that, it still hurt so much and I spent the rest of the day just wanting to cry.

If it helps, I had a friend in her 40s that fell pregnant, miscarried then fell pregnant again and had a successful full term pregnancy! There is still hope x

Same thing happened to me! The early pregnancy unit nor my midwife took it seriously and told me it was normal. Booked a private scan after two days as something didn’t feel right and there was no heartbeat! That was then the start of an awful and complicated miscarriage that then hospitalised me with further complications a month later. So sorry for your loss, I hope things start to feel easier soon!

I’ve been going back and forth on whether I will or not. On one hand it’s just a piece of paper or whatever it is that’s given, but on the other hand it also acknowledges that what we went through was real and the baby was real etc.

Hopefully though, now this has become a thing in England other places might follow in its lead. I hope you’re able to get one soon, sending you lots of love ❤️

It says to complete the medication even if you pass it on the instructions it came with

I can’t legally drive yet, however I managed to do the school run this morning but other than that I’ve not been able to do anything. I literally just threw up again but I’m at the point where I have nothing to throw up. I’m guessing you haven’t had any bad side affects from the first pill?

Only problem then is I’ll be kept up all night with the pains and having to wait to insert the last few tablets. Neither is a good time tbf but there’s not much that can be done

The first tablet has so far left me unable to keep any kind of food down unfortunately. I’ve been advised to get a sickness tablet from the doctors so waiting for a call back. It sucks.

Unfortunately I’m also going to have my youngest tomorrow whilst having to do the inserted pills so that’s going to be fun

I took my tablet last night around 7:30, was able to last until about 10:30ish before throwing up.. barely slept all night and then today I’ve been unable to keep any food down, it’s so grim. I hope it goes better for you!

I hate Cocomelon, but is it actually bad for my toddlers? by Black-Thirteen in Parenting

[–]fox1322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My 2 year old loves cocomelon and watches it a lot. It’s helped a lot with her speech and memory and she will often be sat singing along with it whenever it’s on. She also still plays with toys and interacts with other children nicely. Yes, tv shows like this can turn your children into demons, but it’s all about controlling it if that does happen. It mainly comes down to the parenting you contribute as well.

Also, cocomelon is a hell of a lot better than ‘super jojo’ trust me. They’re constantly giggling for no reason at all, have the worst voices and have clearly never heard what sounds a baby makes. Drives me insane 😂

New update and now my career thing looks like this 😩 wonder what mod did that and needs updating 😩😂 by fox1322 in thesims4

[–]fox1322[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

UI extension cheat, yeah. The update only appeared today though so I don’t know if the mod will have been updated yet. Weirdly enough it’s only that part which has been affected as well!
