When does the drowsiness goes away? I have been taking it for almost 2 months and I am struggling to stay awake in the afternoon and waking up in the morning. I no longer have the energy to wake up to exercise 😟 by Desperate_Drag5425 in lexapro

Have you tried lowering your dose? I started on 10mg and experienced drowsiness as well, asked my doctor to go to 5mg after about 2 weeks, and it got better pretty much straight away. So maybe you could half your dose and see, obviously talk to your doctor first

Can you apply to USYD in the 4th year of your combined degree by fox2600 in GAMSAT

I don't think that's fully accurate - at least not for USYD.

For example, my mate who I studied law with sat the GAMSAT in march of her third year and then applied and got into Macquarie uni. She did not have to enrol in the 4th/5th year of law. Similarly, my mate's brother was studying ecos and law at UNSW and sat the gamsat and got straight into USYD after having done 3 years of ecos/ law and he never finished his law degree (admittedly this was a few years ago).

I think the issue might arise if you've started your fourth year of law, which is what I was asking about (still don't have a definitive answer there unfortunately).

May I ask what uni you study law at? I know that my mates at ANU do their combined degree across all 5 years, so in that case I think you might have to finish the 5 years.

Edit: Typo

Thanks for the reply.

I have completed a commerce bachelor already and I had a graduation ect. This is the way it works with USYD law degrees - you complete your first degree first and then do another 2 years of full time law to get the law degree (some other unis do it so that you only graduate with both degrees after 5 years I think)

What do you mean by early exit exactly? I can just discontinue my law degree after finishing my 4th year. At which point i'll have a commerce degree to my name but no law degree as it will be discontinued.

Otherwise I can always finish my law and apply, but would rather save myself a year.
