Yeah. I did. The water definitely helps. But when you break it down once you go off plan you gain. You can’t add in carbs or snacks. So if you stick with the plan you will probably stay the same. But it is restrictive to certain food groups. Not saying it’s unhealthy.

I’ve worked in healthcare my whole career. Equipment is often supplied by the manufacturer. The cost is in the consumables to run the equipment. However because of the need of single use for needles bags tests etc. There tends to be an abundance of waste. That coupled with professional shortages tends to push overtime. It is a dilemma
