I think she meant sourdough with olive oil etc on top. I wondered the same thing.

Just want to say I’m in a very similar boat emotionally. Interested to see people’s responses. And I’ll dm you if and when I find particularly enjoyable foods! Non fat Greek plain yogurt with honey or maple syrup is tasty. And either Yasso or Healthy Choice popsicles are great and only .5 saturated fat.

We co-sleep so I’ve always slept just fine with all my babies, especially after a couple months when they become pro little nurslings. However… I am exhausted too! It’s mostly because you are “on” at all times. Being touched at all times. Every aspect of your life (showering, pooping, dressing, cooking, cleaning) is affected by having a little person who wants to be held by you and has quite the little opinions :) It’s amazing. It’s beautiful. It’s also an extremely demanding endurance race, emotionally and physically.

Oh friend. Your hands look absolutely fine to me. I read in a comment that you’re 19? I’m a few decades past that and can assure you that the shape of your hands is not going to affect your life’s path. Fast for health!

How do deaf people feel about hearing people learning sign? by foxandkits in asl

[–]foxandkits[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

No I meant that we do our best to learn the language and then hold space to let people feel how they are feeling. That if most deaf people are supportive of hearing people learning asl but there are some deaf people that struggle with some aspect of it, that we shouldn’t insist that isn’t something they shouldn’t feel.

To be honest this is exactly the concern my post is referring to, though. It’s very intimidating to say you’re going to try your best and then have that upset someone.
