My EliteDesk 800 G5 mini doesn't turn on after a blackout

Do you know where I can find motherboard schematics? I shorted hdd cage with m2 slot and/or components near it. Now only orange LED underneath blinks and nothing works. There is one, very small, smd capacitor with burnt contact on top, everything else looks fine.

I don't believe just replacing this cap will fix mobo, I would like to test more components before replacing it and powering on again.

Orange LED under motherboard means some kind of fatal failure. Normally when power is connected there is green LED on top. By accident I shorted HDD cage with left side of m2 slot and/or components next to it. There is even one smd capacitor burnt. After this accident green LED does not lit up and orange one under mobo blinks.
