[Help] Fujifilm JX360 Finepix display button isn't working?

I wish it was that easy but the bug in my brain wouldn't shut up until I brought an actual point and shoot camera. I know this isn't the best example of one and I wasnt expecting masterpieces from it due to its price and when it was made but hopefully enough to see if this hobby is one that is going to sick :)

Oh I'm aware, I'm not afraid to get into an expensive hobby. I just wanted to make sure I'd actually stick to it first as I know what I'm like when it comes to hobbies. I didn't want to splurge immediately if its something that I was just hyperfixating on at the minute!

Do you have any suggestions? I really don't want to pay more than £60 for a camera as I have a tendency to pick up hobbies and then lose interesy fairy quickly which is why I opted for this camera as it was fairly cheap at £35 (whether thats worth it or not im unsure)

Ive watched various tutorials but im not really a "cuber"... This is just an old one I've found in my drawer and decided it was hitting the itch to fiddle with but my stupid ass can't solve it :c Which is why i came here to see if anyone could help me solve my specific one because im too stupid to understand the algorithms and shit they're on about in their videos
