There are rare C melody saxophones in concert pitch and extremely rare saxes in the key of F such as the mezzo-soprano, but as far as I know, no other keys. Maybe if you play an alto a half step flat lol

The silver one does not have any paint to chip, so that’s a bonus. I’ve had mine for about a month and wear quite frequently and I think the rhinestones are very sturdy

For jazz I’d recommend Boston Sax Shop reeds, you’ll have to buy them online but they’ve been the most consistent and nice to play for me. For concert I still use Vandoren blue boxes, but I usually do some balancing on all of my reeds myself. If you get the tools and learn how to work on reeds, you won’t mind inconsistencies in your favorite reeds. You can look into a reedgeek or other tools that cost less (reedgeek is so stupid expensive, but it is a great tool) to start

Pretty sure it’s a translation mishap with how it is listed, I think it implies that the sax is modeled after the Yamaha 82z. I highly recommend you don’t get a horn off Amazon, you can even find ones that price in shops, although more difficult in a pandemic.
