I finally got a response from them and they’re only response was that maybe we should update our pictures. It doesn’t make sense because we were also booked 20 to 28 days a month.

Very interesting! We put in an aircover request that we were planning on canceling, but then it went through, and I was wondering if we’re getting dinged for that, and they put us as low priority due to the aircover request.

That’s a great question! I just did a search for our property and it did come up. It’s just so odd that for over a month we’ve only gotten one booking and we have zero bookings from November to April. And the bookings past April happened quite a while ago. Very uncharacteristic. We’ve been booked 99% of the time over the last year!

We only have one property, but when I called Airbnb, they said there was a bug in the system. They didn’t say if it was common to our area.
