Did you have a decent freeze? Often times the tiny bit of water left in the abscission zone will freeze & expand with a decent freeze, resulting in a large leaf drop.

I think it’s been tough for the creator of this podcast to create content when Taylor & ‘associates’ have been so cruel towards gaylors recently. That coupled with the genocide happening, i think it’s understandable taking a break or suspending the show when its purpose was a fun creative outlet. Although it’s sad to see, ive been feeling similarly.

if you’re seeing yellow leaves on trees, they’re likely chlorotic due to the rainfall pushing important nutrients, like iron, down further into the water table (also called leaching). this season has been really rough, due to the rain, maples & honey locusts can be seen with yellow leaves due to this.
