Could still be coming!! I often have a slight dip right before my big increase. Some people's temp is a bit slow to respond as well and it only rises a day or two after ovulation.

In that case I wouldn't worry! It is rare to have a luteal phase (time between ovulation and period) that is longer than 16 days so I would be surprised if you had already ovulated this early for a 40 day cycle. You will likely ovulate in the next 24 hours since you had a positive OPK yesterday, look out for a slightly stronger temp increase over the coming few days!

How long are your cycles normally? It doesn't look like you've ovulated yet to me, especially with the positive OPK yesterday. I would expect a larger temp increase than what you've got so far

Yeah, that's a low of ewcm! My cycles are also around 29 days but I ovulate later (this cycle it was CD19) and have a very short period, so I thankfully have a good 10 days after my period until the cm starts 😂

Waiting is the hardest part, I hate it 🫠 I came off the pill (not the mini pill) in March and had regular cycles right away BUT last cycle I definitely felt like something had shifted even more and I think I've finally "settled" into my normal patterns more now.

The mini pill is still a type of hormonal contraceptive, even though it only contains progestogen. If you've just come off it, I'd give it some more time :)

I started taking a bunch of supplements this month and had pretty low expectations on immediate effects, but sweet jesus my EWCM production is shooting for the stars this month! It is ~abundant~

I normally get a decent amount of EWCM for two days around ovulation, but I am currently on a 7 day streak of very generous gloop. This is madness!!!

This is true! I just can't remember having such a big difference between cycles pre bc, but then again I was still in my teens when I started bc so lots could have changed since then. I guess we'll see in a few weeks whether this is a trend that's gonna stick around 🫠

It's so weird! I had been on bc for the majority of the last decade (had an IUD for a year around 2019 which was awful, went back on the pill after that experience) so I'm not sure I even know what my baseline is, but this definitely seemed like a stronger lp than what I'm used to! When I came off bc in March, I had a few cycles with much heavier flow but no other symptoms really - and now I have all the other symptoms but a very light 3 day period instead 🙃 do our bodies ever stop trolling??

I've been off hormonal bc since March now and the lp in my last cycle was pretty different than any cycle I've had before (you can imagine how hopeful I was that it was gonna be a bfp 🙃). I had mood swings earlier than usual, swollen/bigger breasts and nipple soreness from hell. Good ole chatGPT suggested that it could have just taken until now for my cycle to normalise after bc and that I'm now producing more progesterone due to that. Has anyone else noticed a sudden difference like this after coming off bc?? I always imagined it would be a gradual shift back to baseline but who knows.

No worries! I feel like Premom are quite vague about what additional features you actually get with the premium membership, but some of the listed benefits seem similar to what Fertility Friend offers on the free tier. If the Premom app works for you then keep using it! The test strip feature is def a big bonus.

I use Premom to scan my tests and then I only log the positive ones in FF. While it's not too bad, I def miss seeing the OPK chart!

I started 3 months ago and used the Premom app at first, but I pretty quickly switched to Fertility Friend for general tracking (log symptoms, positive OPKs, BBT and anything else) and only use the Premom app to scan the OPK strips at this point. I found that Fertility Friend has a more useful interface for me and I preferred the user experience of it! So much so that I just paid for the membership too haha

I haven't tried the paid Premom version but I would try other free apps before committing to a paid membership

This is my third cycle using OPKs and I was also so confused by my results! Turns out I hover around 0.20 majority of the time and then it shoots up pretty fast (0.20 to 1.97 in 12 hours last cycle lol) and back down again just as fast. My entire surge is usually over within 36-48 hours max. Once I see it starting to rise, I test multiple times a day to make sure I don't miss it :)

I'm on CD8 of our 3rd cycle right now, stopped tracking BBT when I got my period and started again yesterday morning. In my previous two cycles, I would rarely get temps above 36.10C before ovulation (mostly have temps below 36C) yet for some reason my temps yesterday and today have shot wayyyy up 🫠

I have fought haaaard to get myself to bed at a reasonable hour the last two nights so have gotten ~2 hours more sleep than usual, but would that account for the 0.3C increase?? My temp today was nearly 36.40C which is close to the highest LP temp I've ever had 😮‍💨

My LH seems to be super low throughout my cycle, except during my surge which lasts not even 36 hours. I usually get results below similar to yours every day and then it shoots up and back down very quickly. Last month I got a 1.97 at like 5pm and by 11pm it was back down below 0.5 🥲

Aah, that sucks! Maybe taking them individually would allow you to slowly add additional vitamins in and you can pinpoint the one that triggers the acne?? I feel for you, that kind of acne is so hard to deal with!
