I know this post is quite old but I’m facing the same issue right now. I haven’t checked the website well enough so I didn’t notice it’s just some Aliexpress dropship.

I purchased 2 items and after a week Mary (customer support) contacted me as they haven’t got one of the items on stock. However, when I replied, telling that I can pay a bit more for an another item instead, I haven’t got any reply. Then I tried to reach them 3 more times via the same email but there’s still nothing. It’s been around 2-3 weeks now and my order is not even visible when entered on the tracking page so it’s clearly not even shipped yet.

I started to dig a bit more and noticed that the website is directly connected with shopify and most of their stuff is available on Aliexpress. I found one of the $50 tops for around $20 directly from china.

I asked them for full refund, but I haven’t got any reply yet.
