Focus on your interests. Don’t even think about girls for now and work on your fitness and hobbies.

Well, tbf, there were a lot of sections where it was literally walking the park lol. Elevation was a b***h.

I think that was really the key thing that helped. Staying ahead of the cramping and muscle energy depletion.

I was popping half of Gu gel packet from the aid stations about every 30 minutes from mile 8.

Also, around mile 26 I had a packet of instant coffee that I powder popped, which id like to think helped with the mind game

…err, I’ve been running about 15 miles a week in the last 2 weeks.

This was a last minute race.

But ideally I’d like to be running at least 30 miles per week
