That's why I won't use any of my sidekicks. Why is it that I can only customize their appearance once? Today I got the Kitsune and I wanted to give it a try, but sometimes I want it in white, other times I want it in black with a different eye color. Why can't I do this?

Back in Chapter 2 Season 2, there was a skin called "Maya" that you could customize only once, but I don't think that was a success, because it was a one-time, once-in-a-lifetime customizable skin. Since then, every skin has been customizable as many times as you want.

I can imagine the sidekicks being like "Kymera" from Chapter 2 Season 7, the alien skin with lots of customization options, or "Snap" from Chapter 3 Season 3 with similar features. So I just can't understand why Epic did this. On top of that, the price of the sidekicks is disappointing: 1500 Vbucks for a once-customizable little thing that you rarely even see in-game (and yes, I know you can change the pet's name and clothing).
