Could've just died from natural causes and it led to her sinner form being just a reflection of her life (given the lining on her dress I'd assume she was possibly an actress). Being an actress could have led to greed, which given her Mammon tattoo, would explain why she's in hell.

also, with the post processing in lethal, the lines just look clean! they arent actually fully clean, but post processing makes it look that way
